Is NEARREV available to download?
NEARREV is in development. We’re putting together an early pilot with UK car clubs. Get in touch for the latest on availability and how your club can get involved.
How does shared route planning work?
The organiser sets a shared starting point, up to three ordered waypoints and a final meeting point, with optional arrival notes. The plan is shared with the convoy, including updates when it changes. Shared planning is in the development build; external navigation apps can choose different roads. Exact-route turn-by-turn navigation is still in development.
Who is it for?
UK car clubs and the organisers behind their convoys, regular runs and multi-stop drives. If you bring a group of cars together, we’d like to hear what would make your next drive easier.
Will I need extra equipment?
NEARREV is designed around the phone you already have. Mobile data connects the cars, while Bluetooth connects your phone to your existing car audio or headset. Voice chat needs a reliable internet connection.
How can my club get involved?
Email finley@nearrev.com with your club’s name, where you’re based and the kinds of drives you organise. Finley will get back to you about the pilot.
